1. Click the Tools menu in Skype, and select Options.
2. In the Options window, click the button “Video Settings” in the left window. Set the setting webcam to your preference. Make sure you have the menu Enable Skype Video.
3. If you want to change camera settings, such as brigtness, contrast, click the Settings tab Webcam then click Apply.
