Microsoft Seadragon, First Application for iPhone

Is Microsoft’s  find a more attractive platform in the iPhone than Windows Mobile software belong ? Engineer in Microsoft’s Live Labs has released the first application for the popular smartphone owned by Apple, iPhone, even before the Microsoft platform to develop mobile, Windows Mobile. Seadragon Mobile, a Microsoft applications have been added in the Apple App Store, in the form of free image browsing application, which facilitates the user to perform ‘deep zoom’ quickly when users are online.

Seadragon is the backbone of Microsoft’s Photosynth, which facilitates the user to perform  images grouping images  and then combine them in the areas of 3D. There are other applications for the iPhone, which is still in the development of Microsoft. Microsoft’s Tellme unit is expected  soon complete the first iPhone application, in the form of voice activation for mobile search variations, including the iPhone and BlackBerry. Representatives of Microsoft said that version to the public voice activation applications will be released in several months.

So how Seadragon with the version of Windows Mobile?

“IPhone is a mobile phone from Apple the most smart, especially with the GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). While most mobile phones now do not have the graphics acceleration. iPhone has been applying it and make us do something that previously may be difficult. “said Alex Daley, product manager of Microsoft Live Labs.
